Trong tiến trình phân tích, khi thiết lập dãy chuẩn. Sau khi cho dd Pb2+ chuẩn. Thêm tiếp 10ml amonicitrat, 1ml hydroxylamin và 1ml KCn 10% Việc cho thêm này để làm gì? Chức năng của từng chất cho thêm? À! Đồng thời khi pha dd chuẩn Pb2+ cần lưu ý điều gì? Những câu hỏi này em đọc nhiều sách rồi mà vẫn không thấy! Phân tích chỉ bằng dithizone

• Hydroxylamine là chất khử có vai trò bảo vệ một số các chất bị oxy hoa trong môi trường kiềm như Fe2+, Mn2+ không bị chuyển thành FeOOH hay Mn(OH)3. Các chất này sẽ phá hủy dithizone và phức chì dithizonate.
• KCN là chất tạo phức rất mạnh với các ion nguyên tố d như Cu, Zn, Hg. Các ion của các nguyên tố này cũng tạo phức có màu tương tự như chì dithizonate-> KCN là chất che.
• Ammonium citrate có ion citrate được xem như là 1 baz cứng, tạo phức rất tốt với các acid cứng như ion Al –> cũng có tác dụng che.
• Khi pha chuẩn Pb thì lưu ý các vấn đề sau: dùng muối Pb(NO3)2 tinh khiết, nước cất 2 lần hay nước de-ion, thêm vài giọt HNO3 bảo vệ. Thân ái
